The concept of preventive health care before disease occurs

The concept of preventive healthcare is currently well-accepted. Both doctors and patients do not want to face illnesses that are too severe to treat. Therefore, we are willing to give importance to regular health check-ups. Although it is considered a screening test before the disease occurs, when abnormalities are found, it means that the disease has been progressing for some time. Therefore, it is shown in blood test results and X-rays. In terms of prevention, it is still considered slow. At present, we emphasize proactive healthcare at the cellular level in the direction of Anti-aging and Regenerative Medicine. In our daily lives, we all have to face stress that permeates through various events, whether from work, family, love, or the economy, which we can observe from problems that affect our minds. But there is another type of stress that permeates every day, but we do not know that it is stress. That is, stress that occurs in every cell of the body. And it does not come in a form that we can know. But it comes from food, lifestyle, exercise, illness, etc. Foods that are high in flour, sugar, or fat, air pollution, stress, insufficient rest, smoking, drinking alcohol, these are all considered free radicals. And it causes cellular stress. We call it “inflammatory process” which we cannot see with our eyes and has no symptoms. But when it occurs continuously for a long time until the cells or important organs of the body deteriorate, we will start to have symptoms of deterioration, even we do not know that it means deterioration or what we call “aging”.

We often understand that aging is wrinkled, sagging, not beautiful, not handsome, which is considered annoying. Deterioration in the body is more annoying because it means that our potential in every aspect is reduced, including:
• Insomnia, not sleeping well, when waking up to work, feeling dizzy, forgetful, brain not working
• Shoulder pain, back pain as if someone is sitting on you or Office syndrome
• Skin aging quickly, easily sagging
• Increased risk of coronary artery disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, etc.

Currently, there are ways to live life to fight aging by changing behavior to “anti-free radicals”, including reducing stress, meditating, being aware of our minds, and getting enough rest. And exercise at least 3 days a week. Eat a balanced diet with all 5 food groups. Avoid foods such as carbohydrates, high fat, fried foods, alcohol, or smoking.
